When you email, call, or otherwise communicate or interact with us or with other users, including if you sign up for our mailing lists, complete forms on our Mobile App, interact with our social media pages, post a review or testimonial, submit content in the app, or otherwise enter information into public-facing comment fields, blogs, or community forums sponsored by or affiliated with Seeya Live, we may collect, receive, and maintain records of your contact details, communications and interactions, your posts or submissions, and our responses, if applicable.
• Promotional Information. If you agree to receive marketing communications from us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferences, and if relevant, information about your account and profile, including the Services and features you use. If you participate in special activities, offers, programs, or promotions we offer, we may also collect certain contact details, your age, and any other information that may be required by law. If you win a promotion, we may also need to collect certain tax information and/or waivers and releases, depending on the prize.

• Camera & Microphone: Required for video calls and voice chat.
• Photo Album: Accessed only to upload profile pictures or user-generated content.
• Bluetooth: Solely for connecting to Bluetooth headsets.
• Read Phone State: Checks device capability for video calls and tracks active status.
• Mobile Advertising IDs (e.g., IDFA, AAID): Used to deliver more relevant ads, you can turn it off from "Personalized Ads" in your device settings.
• Push Notifications: Service-related alerts (opt-out anytime).
• IP Address & Network Status: We collect your IPv4/IPv6 address and monitor network type/connection status to troubleshoot issues, prevent data loss, and ensure smooth service.
Use the collected data for various purposes:
• Provide better service and maintenance
• Through data/technical analysis, we can better optimize and iterate applications
• Provide you with more personalized services
• Detect and resolve technical issues
The information and data about you collected by this application will be stored on the server of this application. Such information and data may be transferred, accessed, stored and displayed outside of the country in which you are located.

If you wish to stop using the app entirely, you can permanently delete your account along with all associated data, including: Profile details (avatar, nickname, signature); Uploaded content (photos, posts, etc.); Activity records (chat logs, login history); and IP addresses and other linked data.
Once your account is deleted, all data will be irreversibly removed and cannot be recovered.
• For individual posts/content: Use the "Delete" button on the relevant item.
• For account deletion: Follow these steps: Go to "Me" → "Settings/About"; Select "Logout" (for temporary sign-out) or "Delete Account" (for permanent removal).
We only share your personal data with your consent or when necessary for legitimate business operations. Below are the circumstances under which your information may be shared:

8.1 All content you submit to our application through your user account, including but not limited to your nickname, text, photos and all other content, is collectively referred to as "UGC".
8.2 You should be aware that any communications you submit or post to any such interactive features on the Services may be viewable and searchable by others, including our users and the public. By submitting or posting to such public-facing, interactive features you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality in the content you submit for such features, whether or not it contains personal information about you.
8.3 We will decide whether to publish your UGC at our sole discretion, and we have the right to add or delete your UGC before and after publication.
